"A footpath at Willington".
This is one of the most successful oils I have ever done. I owned an old LandRover in those days, which was eventually stolen. I parked it in the field next to the pathway and did this. I remember getting on a real roll in the small hours of the morning finishing it in my studio. A bullock managed to break a wing mirror off the LandRover by rubbing his neck on it.
