I do live in the wilds of rural warwckshire and have done so since 1975. The result has been that I have produced a great amount of work incorporating the local scenery. I do not view such an environment as mother nature in the raw any more than a lot of what I find in towns and cities. It is to much a scenery moulded by the agricultural industry to say that. Fields for example, are just industrial units. Despite that the imagery here incorporates directly observed reponses to a largely pre-industrial world. All these pictures were produced in the early 1980's.
